1. Cancellation Policy
1.1 Cancellation Before Project Start
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement without any charges if:
- Project work has not commenced
- No project kick-off meeting has been conducted
- No initial designs or deliverables have been shared
Refund: 100% refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
1.2 Cancellation After Project Start
If cancellation is requested after project work has begun:
- Within first week: 75% refund (25% charged for initial work)
- After first week, before 50% completion: 50% refund
- After 50% completion: No refund (project can be completed as per timeline)
Completion percentage is determined based on agreed milestones and deliverables.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:
- Order cancellation within 24 hours (100% refund)
- Service not delivered as per agreed specifications
- Technical issues preventing service delivery (our fault)
- Duplicate payment due to technical error
- Service cancellation as per terms mentioned above
2.2 Non-Refundable Items
The following are NOT eligible for refunds:
- Completed and delivered projects
- Third-party services (domain names, hosting, licenses) purchased on your behalf
- Custom design work already approved by client
- Consultation services already delivered
- Change of mind after project completion
2.3 Refund Process
To request a refund:

- Provide detailed reason for refund request
- Our team will review within 48 hours
- If approved, refund will be processed within 7-10 business days
- Refund will be credited to original payment method
2.4 Refund Timeline
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days
- Net Banking: 5-7 business days
- UPI/Wallets: 3-5 business days
- Bank Transfer: 7-10 business days
Note: Actual credit time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
3. Project Modification Policy
Included Revisions:
- Starter Package: 2 rounds of revisions
- Professional Package: 3 rounds of revisions
- Enterprise Package: 5 rounds of revisions
Additional revisions beyond included limits will be charged separately based on scope.
4. Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes:

- We will attempt to resolve within 7 business days
- If unresolved, either party may seek mediation
- Legal disputes will be subject to Srinagar, J&K jurisdiction
5. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or non-performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, or other force majeure events. In such cases, timelines may be extended without penalty.
6. Payment Gateway Fees
Payment gateway charges (if any) are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed for the actual amount received after deducting gateway fees.
7. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure smooth project delivery, clients must:
- Provide clear requirements and timely feedback
- Respond to queries within agreed timeframes
- Provide necessary access, content, and materials
- Test and approve deliverables within specified review period
Delays caused by client non-responsiveness may affect project timeline and refund eligibility.
