We provide IT services including but not limited to web development, mobile app development, cloud solutions, database management, IT security, and IT consulting. Service details, timelines, and deliverables will be defined in separate project agreements.
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST. Payment must be made through our authorized payment gateways (Razorpay/Cashfree). We reserve the right to modify prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.
Upon placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Project work begins only after payment confirmation. Our team will contact you within 24-48 hours to discuss project requirements and timelines.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity and client responsiveness. We commit to realistic timelines and will communicate any delays promptly. Projects are considered delivered upon client approval or after the specified review period.
Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights for custom-developed work are transferred to the client. We retain the right to use project details in our portfolio unless a non-disclosure agreement states otherwise.
We provide bug fixes and technical support for the duration specified in your package (3-12 months). After the support period, maintenance services are available at our standard rates.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and project details. We will not disclose any confidential information to third parties without your explicit consent.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
